Leeds United has secured planning permission for the expansion of Elland Road Stadium. The approved plans will increase the stadium's capacity to up to 53,000.
The expansion will transform Elland Road into a UEFA Category 4 stadium, placing it among the elite venues in European football.
Supporters can look forward to improved seating comfort and sightlines throughout the expanded stands, as well as enhanced concourses and fan amenity spaces.
The expansion is forecast to generate around £29 million a year for the Leeds City Region economy, supporting jobs and local businesses.
