Leeds United officially announced the signing of left-back Melvin Bard from OGC Nice this week. The 25-year-old French defender joins on a loan deal that includes an option to make the move permanent.
Bard began his career at Lyon, making his senior debut in 2019 before moving to Nice two years later. He has extensive experience in Ligue 1 and European competition, featuring in the Europa Conference League and Europa League for his former club. He also represented France at youth levels and was part of the Olympic squad for the Tokyo 2021 Games.
Winger Largie Ramazani has left Leeds United to join Championship side Burnley. The move is a season-long loan that will become a permanent transfer next summer based on an achievable number of appearances.
The Belgian winger, who helped Leeds win promotion in the 2024/25 season, spent last term on loan at Valencia. Burnley will pay £6.5 million to sign him, with the fee potentially rising to £8.5 million through add-ons. Leeds signed Ramazani from Almeria for £10 million in August 2024.
Leeds United have secured the loan signing of forward Jean-Mattéo Bahoya from Eintracht Frankfurt. The deal runs until mid-2027 and includes a mandatory buyout clause.
